Foundations: Birth - 12 Months

Foundations is the perfect way to introduce your baby to music as well as infant sign language! This 45-minute class will incorporate signing into songs, instruments, and object exploration and also be a wonderful parent and child bonding experience. Creative movement, like bouncing, dancing, and rocking, will contribute to the development of muscle strength and motor skills and be the foundation for keeping a steady beat! Foundations is a great opportunity to meet new friends (for babies AND parents!) and gather ideas for playing at home. ​
